At Foxfern Hollow, we take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to love your purchase. Because each item is made with care, please note the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to [your email address].

  • Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Normal variations in color, size, or design are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

4. Special Orders (Custom Work)

  • Payment in Full: All special orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Written Approval: Customers must provide written approval of design elements, including color, materials, and style, before work begins.

  • Final Approval: A final design proof or description will be provided for your approval prior to production. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
